Mandeep Hothi
Mandeep Hothi works for The Young Foundation, a charity that was formed in 2006 through the merger of the Institute of Community Studies and the Mutual Aid Centre.
The charity is named after the late Michael Young, a social entrepreneur, activist and sociologist who was responsible for organisations such as the Open University and Which? and wrote seminal studies into community life, including Family and Kinship in the East End (1957). Today, The Young Foundation is a leading centre for social innovation that works across areas such as health, ageing, young people and communities.
